Stoneware ceramic.
Glossy Inside-Out. Microwave friendly, Dishwasher Safe, Stain Proof and even Oven Safe.
In case of heavy stains, wash in a dishwasher, or we would recommend using a tablespoon of bleaching solution in a bucket full of hot water.
Sudden changes in temperature (eg. from freezer to oven) are likely to cause thermal shock, which will damage your stoneware. Always place very hot items onto either wood or cloth.
Return & Refund Policy
Please choose your pieces carefully, as we do not offer refunds on purchases for change of mind.
If your item/s arrive broken or faulty please email a photo of the damaged goods to info@boxturtle.co within four (4) days of receipt to arrange a replacement piece or a refund.
It takes 5-7 working days to process the refund and credit the amount to your respective bank account.
Please do not send us broken items.

Orders for custom ware are made, processed and dispatched within eight-ten business days. If you're looking for a quick gift, contact us to know if it would be possible.
Please allow approximately two weeks (expect longer delays during peak holiday times) for the items to be handmade in Ahmedabad and allow additional time for delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
