If your item/s arrive broken or faulty please email a photo of the damaged goods to email@example.com within four (4) days of receipt to arrange a replacement piece or a refund.
Please email with your order number before you ship your package back so we know to expect it. Make sure to pack the return pieces as securely as possible, preferably in the same packaging you received them. Any additional shipping and postage charges are your responsibility. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

It takes 5-7 working days to process the refund and credit the amount to your respective bank account.
